Dibaar

28 years old teacher trainee, resident of Tumu Low Cost is yet to get relief over the shock two police officers meted to him at about 11pm on Sunday the 26th of March whiles in the confine of his home.

The two officers are alleged to have brutalized two members of a family whiles they were keeping safe their mother’s residence.

Narrating the incident to W935FM, Dibaar Ebenerzer explained that, the officers woke him and his younger sister from sleep and asked them to have sex.

As he couldn’t believe his ears, he told the gun welding officer, that the little girl was his biological sister and can’t do what they demanded of him.

Ebenezer added that the two men accused him of sleeping with his younger sister and running into the room on noticing their approach.
At that point, no explanation could convince the two officers they weren’t having sex. Not even an explanation that their parents had traveled and they couldn’t have chosen to have sex outside their house when there were enough empty rooms in their home, could save the situation.

Ebenezer went on to account that he was slapped and beaten by one of the officers whiles the other pointed his gun. “they even pulled down my underwear in front of my father’s last born” he lamented.
Ebenezer Dibaar explained further that, the officers ordered him and his kid sister to follow them and upon reaching their destination, they realized the two armed men were security officers.

“police officers from Wa came to Tumu on patrol duty over High way robberies in recent times and are often housed in that low-cost quarters,” Ebenezer said with a sigh of relief.

A neighbor who heard the noise came out to confirm to the officers that the two were siblings and further pleaded on their behalf.
At that very moment, he decided to report the incident at the police station after earlier complaining to a neighbor he described as a police officer.

At the police station, the officer on duty explained that it was late and that they should go home the next day.

Ebenezer explained that after officially reporting the matter to his mother the next morning, the police are yet to give them word upon several follow-ups on the matter.

Miss Dibaar Paulina, the mother of the victims telling her part of the story felt that the police seemed to be protecting their own. “today they say tomorrow, tomorrow they tell you Gboluu commander said he’s coming, you wait and he never comes and you can’t keep waiting” the saddened mother added.

Contacts at the Regional command revealed that the situation has since not surfaced over the conduct of any security personnel that went to Tumu on patrol duty.

The police have since launched an investigation into the development as the police personnel has since been identified as John Bosco and Amoah with the latter identified to be heavily built bodied with tribal marks on both chicks.

The Dibaar family was invited to the regional heard quarters last Saturday after W93.5FM broke the news and later had to report the issue to the police for onward investigations.

The two officers have denied knowledge of the happenings and only explained they didn’t go into the house but rather entered the compound. But as to what constitutes the house is another matter to be dealt with.
